I’m an avid traveler and experienced tax professional, who is pairing my love of both travel and taxes to help Canadian digital nomads and expats file their taxes with ease.
I found my passion when I began working in the accounting industry 15+ years ago. I realized quickly that the things I loved the most (numbers, organization) were often the things that brought fear and anxiety to others.
It’s a joy to be able to help my clients demystify these things and bring simplicity and organization to their tax filings.
I am a certified Proadvisor with QuickBooks Online, and I am a Certified Professional Bookkeeper. Continuing education is a huge part of what makes me great at my job, so I make sure I stay up to date on all the latest tax changes, so you don’t have to.
Every tax situation is unique, but I’m proud to say I’ve worked with a variety of clients and businesses, ranging from tattoo parlors to funeral homes and everything in between.
So you can get back to exploring the world!
Accounting wasn’t my first career – originally, it was fashion merchandising! It wasn’t until I won a math award in college that I realized I was just more drawn to numbers than fabrics. I went back to school, and spent the next 11 years working my way up in a local accounting firm.
When I started traveling the world, I realized how little information was available to Canadian digital nomads when it came to accounting and taxes — and how uniquely qualified I was to help.
WanderWise Tax Solutions combines all of my passions for accounting, travel, entrepreneurship and helping others.
